I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The pool area was definitely the highlight for me. They have a nice pool set up with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. It was great to relax in the hot tub and cool off in the pool while enjoying the beautiful desert air. To add to the experience, they even showed a movie outdoors on a portable screen by the pool on Saturday night. The location of the hotel, although in the middle of the city, felt like an oasis. It was so peaceful and quiet, with palm trees adding to the tranquil atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff provided exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any issues I had. They replaced a faulty phone, brought new keys when mine didn't work, and even had a technician come to check and adjust the air conditioner. The pool and hot tub area was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I also appreciated the 24-hour check-in, free parking, and the convenience of having coffee in my room. The hotel's location in the jacuzzi area, close to Palm Springs, was perfect for exploring the surrounding area without needing a wristband from the front desk.

I absolutely loved the fact that the pools at this hotel were open 24/7, it was such a fantastic amenity. Additionally, the pools being mineral pools added an extra touch of luxury. The room itself was cute and cozy, and the hotel lobby had a unique and stylish decor. There was also a charming sun room by the pool with beautiful seating and backgammon, which looked amazing. The location was perfect for my visit to Joshua Tree National Park, making it convenient for sightseeing.
Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the rooms.
However, the restaurant at the hotel was closed indefinitely, but thankfully there were plenty of excellent dining options outside the hotel to choose from.
