We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, and a lovely park just a short walk away where we could take our son to play. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted us in planning our sightseeing. We really enjoyed the afternoon snack time, where we could relax with a refreshing glass of cold rose after a full day of exploring. The swimming pool was a great bonus and kept our son entertained. The room was excellent, and we couldn't hear any noise from the busy street outside thanks to the hotel's excellent soundproof system. The classical music playing in the hallways added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The customer service was top-notch, and the food was enjoyable, especially the delicious omelettes for breakfast.

The room was spacious and well-designed, and we especially loved the contemporary grand piano in the main lounge area, adding to the unique music theme of the hotel. The location was perfect, with the hotel being situated next to the Basilica. We enjoyed breathtaking views of the city from the Skybar. The hotel facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch. Breakfast was good, and the staff went out of their way to ensure a great start to our day.

The staff, especially Eszter and her colleagues at the concierge desk, the reception desk team, and the person in charge of breakfast in the "library," were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, offering a combination of warmth and comfort, as well as being centrally located. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the stunning view from the Skytop Bar at night was a highlight of our stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.
