I loved the location, it was conveniently across the street from the convention center and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff, especially Vince, were very helpful and accommodating. They even printed out my forgotten reservations for me!
Nothing, all was good.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and my room was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Although I had to leave early in the morning, I was able to grab a cup of coffee from the coffee machine to take on the road. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was near the Grand Ole Opry and plenty of food establishments. Additionally, it was just a short drive away from Opry Mills mall. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my stay.
