I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The refurbished rooms were a pleasant surprise and I immediately fell in love with the charming decor. The massive room, comfortable bed, and spacious wardrobe provided great value for money. The cleanliness of the bathroom, along with the lovely shower and good facilities made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's central location was excellent, as it was in the area I needed to be and walking distance to all the landmarks I wanted to visit. Additionally, it was easy to get to and from the airport, and the hotel had excellent parking and transportation options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my safety and comfort, with a special shoutout to Nicola at the front desk for her exceptional service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was super clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk everywhere and the hotel is right on the park. It was so convenient being within walking distance to almost everything and close to most attractions. We also loved that there was a cab service available at any hour, right in front of the hotel. The view from our room was amazing, especially since we upgraded to a "lake view" room. The hotel facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious. it was an amazing experience and we will definitely come again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent - from the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities to the convenient parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, situated in a very safe area with Grant Park right across the street. We loved being so close to all the Chicago attractions, especially the beautiful fountain at night around 8 pm in the park. The staff was also friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.
