We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with thorough cleaning and even noticed messages on the remote control, door, and bathroom. The provided hand wipes and Clorox wipes added an extra level of hygiene. The bathroom had high-end soaps and lotions, and there was no mildew or odd smell. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions and the trolley service. Additionally, the hotel was centrally located between our two job sites in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel within the "Hilton" brand. The location was wonderful, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and close to the event we were attending. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that offered a great view of the Center Court. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the amazing pool, which started indoors and extended outdoors. The staff provided us with exceptional customer service, from check-in to check-out. They made us feel welcome and even greeted us with delicious cookies upon arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was wonderful, with shopping malls, restaurants, and the famous Beale Street all within a couple of miles. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, especially Robert who quickly fixed an issue with the air conditioner. From the moment I walked in, I felt greeted and treated well. The room and bathroom were very nice and well maintained. The front desk staff, particularly Kevin, provided excellent customer service and gave me great suggestions for local dining options.
