Top location with cosy rooms. The breakfast was good with very attentive personnel. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. The staff did all they can for a such great stay. Fairly clean hotel, great service. Location next to Phoenix, restaurants and the Biltmore Fashion Park.
Food and location were pleasant here. I enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. They made my stay awesome. Incredibly beautiful hotel in great area. The restaurant was great. Pool was heated too.
I had very lovely time here, perfect location!
Clean and brand-new place, pleasant staff. Large and airy room, comfy beds. The breakfast selections were nice hot, I really enjoyed slices of fresh bread, cereal and fruit. Location really close to restaurants as well as fine dining places. The early check-in too.
