We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with our room being refreshed daily and plenty of towels provided. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a free breakfast and a club on the last floor. The location was perfect, as it was adjacent to a major transportation hub and within walking distance to popular tourist spots in this city. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service, from accommodating our early check-in to assisting us with special requests such as late baggage storage and a 3 am ice delivery. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with renovated rooms that were both comfortable and beautiful. The location was excellent, with the hotel being close to everything, including a bus terminal and within walking distance of all the top attractions. The staff was courteous and professional, ensuring that all lines, whether it was for the elevator, check-in and out, or breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, the hotel offered a variety of fresh and tasteful food, making it a great start to the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to Times Square, the theater district, and the subway station. The breakfast buffet was tasty and abundant, and the breakfast staff were very welcoming. They even gave out Easter eggs to the children on Easter Sunday, which was a cute treat. The reception staff were extremely helpful, fulfilling our request for tea bags and even bringing us hot water and honey. The hotel had comfortable mattresses and the room temperature was perfect. The shower in our room was massive, and despite being located near busy roads, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the reception after check-in. The room was an okay size for Manhattan, and it felt clean throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed a great selection of TV channels. The breakfast provided was superb and included in the competitive price. The hotel's wifi was included in the price as well, which was a great bonus. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to store our luggage for free on the day of checkout. The location was perfect, just a minute away from Times Square. It was also right across from the bus station and close to the subway stop on 42nd street. The staff was friendly and professional, especially when there was a mistake with our room. They took responsibility and provided us with a free night's stay and moved us to the room we had originally booked. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It was within walking distance of all the top attractions in a safe area. I loved that it was near the subway and Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great too, especially the cleanliness. Everything was well-maintained and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast service exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly hotel.
