The location of this hotel is perfect for walking to many retail stores and restaurants in downtown. The cleanliness of the rooms is impressive, and the hotel facilities are modern and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing maps and tips on things to do.

We loved the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel. The room was spacious and had a luxurious bathroom with a standup shower. The staff were friendly and always offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. The location was perfect, within walking distance to popular attractions and retail stores/restaurants. The hotel also had great facilities, including a rooftop bar/club and a mini fridge in the room.

The hotel had a clean room with a lighted sink and mirror. The lounge had a glass ceiling, offering a view of the Chicago Loop skyline. The rooftop deck had private outdoor dining options.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the rooftop bar and its fantastic view of the city skyline. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to everything but not right in the middle of it all. The staff were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and the customer service was top-notch. The building itself was impeccably clean, and our room was spacious and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, with amenities such as an iron, a refrigerator, a TV, a coffee maker, and a hairdryer provided. They even accommodated our request for an additional crib for our three-year-old child. The location was just right, not too close to the center but not too far either, with a popular restaurant, Portillo's, just around the block.
