We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, with lovely beds. The hotel facilities were great, including access to internet in the lobby and a convenient water dispenser. The breakfasts were fresh and tasty, with plenty of choice for everyone. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was very convenient, as it was a short walk to Universal Studios and CityWalk. It was also a great base for exploring Hollywood and other attractions in the surrounding area. The free shuttle to Universal Studios was a bonus.
There was nothing I didn't like.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and super spacious, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hotel staff, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, were all friendly and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to Universal Studios; it was just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to City Walk, which was convenient. The hotel also had great facilities, including a small convenience store and a free water fountain. this hotel provided a home away from home experience.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
We loved the convenient location of the hotel, just a 7-minute walk from Universal Studios and Citywalk. It made traveling back and forth a breeze, especially with the additional shuttle service provided. The front office staff was very helpful and clear during check-in, and they even checked on our stay throughout. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable, everything was tidy and in working order. The view from the room was stunning, and we enjoyed the fast and reliable internet service.
