We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was only a 15-minute walk to Raigmore Hospital, which was our main reason for choosing this hotel. The check-in process was incredibly convenient, as we were able to check in online in advance and simply name ourselves to receive our room key. The dinner options exceeded our expectations, with a wide selection of over 10 main course choices, as well as side orders and desserts. The breakfast offerings were also satisfactory, with a choice between a breakfast roll and a continental breakfast bag. We appreciated the option of having porridge instead of cereal. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond in their hospitality. One team member kindly called the elevator for us as we finished checking in. The bed was comfortable, with fresh linens, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath. The swimming pool was a nice touch, and we enjoyed using it during our stay. The parking facilities were reasonable, and we were able to see our vehicle from our room.
Nothing, everything was excellent.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The self-service breakfast included was great, with a choice of a breakfast roll or a continental breakfast bag. The selection of food for dinner was impressive, with over 10 main course choices, side orders, and desserts. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The spa and pool facilities were a highlight, and I really enjoyed using them.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
We had a comfortable and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient.
Nothing for us.
Cleanliness: Room cleaners were excellent and very hardworking. Parking: Plenty of onsite parking available and it is free and easy to find. Staff: The restaurant manager and hotel manager were very nice and helpful. Location for the start of the NC500: This hotel is located just out of town, providing an easy commute to the city centre by local bus.
Nothing to mention.
