I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, from the reception desk to the kitchen staff, were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, accommodating my request for a room with a walk-in shower due to a foot surgery. The hotel facilities were clean, and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to many attractions and parks. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the Marble Arch metro station, making transportation easy. No negatives from this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptional, especially Avnie, the night manager who just relocated, Hamid at the Pickled Hen, Richard the bellhop, and Carlos the concierge. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near two underground stations, Marble Arch and Edgeware Road, as well as a train/underground station.
