The room was clean and spacious, with a small fridge and complimentary water. The staff were friendly and helpful, storing our bikes securely and offering useful advice. The hotel is conveniently located in a new "office" district, within walking distance of the EU Institution I had to visit.
Nothing to dislike.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it perfect for my family of four. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had, with a great variety of options. The hotel's location in the new modern Kirchberg area was convenient, as it was only a 2-minute walk from the T1 tram European Parliament station. This made it easy for us to explore the city, as the tram connected us to the central area in just 15 minutes. Additionally, the hotel had free car charging, which was a nice bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were great, especially for families. They had a kids corner in the lobby and even gave our children small welcome gifts. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with bright and airy rooms that were well-maintained. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, as it was situated in a modern quarter next to the museum of modern art and close to the tram line. This made it very convenient to explore the city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and the staff at the buffet were attentive and efficient. we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the excellent facilities provided by this hotel.
