We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was outstanding. The spacious room and grand designs added to the luxurious feel of our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Oscar at the concierge and the new Front Desk person. We also appreciated the gesture of surprising a family member with a cake and balloon for their birthday. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being very well-maintained and spacious. The vanity light in the premium suite was a nice touch and added to the overall luxurious feel. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and the grand display of the fountain. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always wearing their professional black uniform. The location of the hotel in a secure area was a great advantage, and transportation to and from the hotel was convenient.

The breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
