We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with so many attractions, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The hotel also provided free parking, which was very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff members were kind and attentive, especially the ladies in the restaurant and the coffee lady. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel offered a 24-hour convenience store, two great restaurants, and three pools, making it perfect for families and seniors alike. The central location allowed easy access to Universal Studios and other attractions in the area. We were very impressed with our stay and are already planning our next visit!

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff, from the top to the lowliest, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The servers in the dining room, especially Debbie, who has been there for 37 years, made me feel welcomed. The hotel's location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. I loved that there was an I-ride stop just outside, making transportation easy. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a wide variety of options. The cleanliness of the grounds was impeccable, and there were a ton of amenities available. I also appreciated the 24-hour shop, which came in handy for late-night snacks and water.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel had multiple pools with plenty of space and lounge chairs. We felt safe with the manned gate for parking. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the convention center, great restaurants, and other non-Disney entertainment options. It was also a short distance from Wonderworks and within reach of the park. The area felt very safe, which was important to us. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
