I loved the price for the room and the fact it was so close to downtown. The location was amazing, with a great view of the city. The hotel facilities, including the clean and spacious rooms, were excellent. Additionally, the staff provided good service.

The hotel's great location within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and the convenience of having a pancake restaurant and a convention center with a tree show and craft shop nearby. The staff was friendly and provided helpful hiking tips.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was top-notch. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The location was perfect - it was just outside of the main strip, so it was quiet and peaceful, but still within walking distance to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was amazing. my stay here was relaxing and enjoyable.
Almost perfect. The hotel was in great condition, but there were a few minor issues. The walls in my room were in need of some touch-ups as there were a few areas where the paint was missing.
We loved the pools, both indoor and outdoor. The staff was super friendly, and our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The location of the hotel was great, just off the main traffic area but still close enough to walk to downtown. The views of the creek were beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pools which our grand kids loved. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, including a tasty reuben sandwich and excellent eggs and cheese for breakfast. We were lucky enough to witness a mama bear and her cubs right from our balcony, a truly unforgettable experience.
