We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, with all the amenities we needed, including an iPad and Nespresso coffee machine. The bed was large and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We even had a lovely surprise in our room for my husband's birthday, with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the shops and attractions that we wanted to visit. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and bathrooms being spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was close to all the shops and within walking distance to everything which is not refuseable. It was also conveniently located near Hyde Park, making it easy for me to attend the festival. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and being available for any problems. The breakfast provided was also delicious and had a wide variety of options.
