I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were remarkable. The location next to the theme parks made it super convenient, and I could easily walk to them without any hassle. The staff was welcoming, polite, and always ready to assist.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, enjoying the best aspects of cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location next door to the Universal parks. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and beautiful gardens. We made use of the convenient transportation options and took advantage of the early entry into the parks, allowing us to beat the crowds and make the most of our time. Being right next door to the Universal parks made it easy to come back and relax at the hotel before heading out for the next day's festivities. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We loved how close the hotel was to the Universal Studios properties and CityWalk. The convenience of being able to walk to the parks and CityWalk was a major plus. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a huge pool, two jacuzzis, and music playing constantly, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always ready to help and provide valuable information. The breakfast buffet at The Kitchen Restaurant exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and value for money.

The free express passes provided easy access to all qualifying rides at the parks. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
