The prime location of the hotel made it convenient for me to walk to everything. I didn't need to use my car at all during my stay. There was a great little cafe next door where I could enjoy breakfast. The staff were exceptionally kind and made my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, there was a trolley service with 22 stops that I could pay for and hop on and off throughout the day, and one of the stops was right in front of the hotel.

We loved the hotel's location on the bay front, with beautiful views of the bay, the fort, and the Bridge of Lions. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the bars and along the bar street. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right in the center of things, making it easy to walk to most downtown attractions. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with new towels provided daily and the bed neatly made. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing ample amenities for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a charming second-floor deck that offered a stunning view of the bay, Fort, and Bridge of Lions. It was a great spot to relax and plan out our day or evening activities. The staff were very helpful, providing us with recommendations for places to go and even giving us coupons for local spots. We also appreciated that this hotel is pet-friendly and they were very accommodating. Can't fault anything about it.
