I had an amazing time at this hotel in Orlando. The room was nice, and the pool area was wonderful with a lazy river that the kids loved. The hotel's location near the convention center was perfect for attending the event I was in town for. The staff, especially Sydney, provided exceptional customer service and made my stay perfect.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and we were impressed by the well-maintained facilities. The pool exceeded our expectations and provided endless fun for my daughter's 8th birthday celebration. The convenient location right next to the Convention Center made it easy for us to attend our event without any hassle. Additionally, the breakfast setup on the table was a nice touch, and the staff's attention to detail made us feel well taken care of.
