The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and the hotel being close to many areas of interest. It was convenient to reach places like Madison Square Garden and the hotel's former glamour added a unique charm. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and polite, providing excellent service.
It was all superb.
We loved the hotel's prime location, just a stone's throw away from Amtrak's Pennsylvania Station and iconic NYC landmarks like the Empire State Building. It made accessing all the sights incredibly convenient. Additionally, being close to the tube station was a major plus for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The two room suite was incredibly spacious and perfect for the three of us traveling together. The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. It was a breath of fresh air to be able to open the windows in our room and enjoy the city view. The top floor location also delivered on the promised view of the city skyline. We were impressed with the daily room service, as our room was always cleaned and spruced up when we returned, even though we were late in leaving each day. The central location of the hotel was a huge plus, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and public transport options. The historical and art deco ambiance of the lobby added a delightful touch to our stay. We also had the added bonus of two great views - one of the Empire State Building and the other of the Freedom Tower.
